You will start the day with an introduction to the cupping process with a selection of coffees from different Origins, discussing the cup profile, taste, mouthfeel and aromas. This will be followed by an espresso workshop on single origins and blending, you will then create your own espresso blend.
The second part of the day will focus on multiple orders helping you to deliver a consistent quality of milk based drinks. You will then learn the techniques of latte art, pouring the perfect heart and Rosetta latte.
The Intermediate Barista course is designed for people who already have a good knowledge of the perfect espresso and good milk texturing.
